20 month old vomiting for 3 days

I have a 20 month old daughter who has been vomiting for 3 days straight and has not eaten anything for 2 days, only a little breast milk and a few sips of water and juice, if she drinks more than an ounce at at time she vomits within 20 mins.. what do i do?
