Kinslee Puckett 3 Years Old

Kinslee is 3 years old & is a happy, sweet little gir, who's also very tough. Kinslee has Down Syndrome & had to have open heart surgery when she was 6 mos & 1 day old. She just turned 3 in July & she's thriving! She also just began preschool.

With all she's been thru, she is the most pleasant little girl & has touched so many people in her short lifetime. I have no doubt she'll continue touching people for the rest of her life. Her soul is as beautiful as her sweet little face. She's a true beauty!
