Teaching my 16 month old toddler english

My son was born in the country of Morocco my wife obviously has been teaching him Arabic as she knows very very little English. Our family will be coming to their new hme December 30 inshallah. I will need to begin to teach him English asap all suggestions will be most gratefully received.
