This Is Not A Recipe I Need Meal Help

Help please i need to learn how to cook great for the sake and health of my three kids..i did alot of time in jail as a teenager and i never had a mom or someone to show me growing up..im tired of looking in my frigde every meal time asking myself what can i make.??? help me

I didn't get much training either but I found a great website that has recipes that are easy to make tasteofhome.com. The key is prepping and having a few things on hand at all times(canned beans, canned/frozen veggies). I buy the pre-made rotissere chicken breast from my local grocery store. When I need a quick meal I shred the meat and make sandwiches/sloppy joes or a quick crock pot chili with some other items I have. If your kids are a bit older get them to help you with the meals, it will ensure they learn those things that both you and I missed out on. Hope this helps.
