Timer Technique For Potty Training

by Vicky
(Portland, OR)

You can set a timer for 30 minutes and have your kids use the potty like clockwork. It keeps reminding them throughout the day that they need to take time to go.

I have also heard to not have them wear anything on their lower body. When you see them acting like they may need to go, pick them up and race to the bathroom. I have not tried this, but people have said it only takes a few days with this method.
