Diarrhea And Vomiting

My 13 month old little boy suffered with a viral infection a couple of weeks ago, he was all better up until a couple of days ago, he is now vomiting and has green diahorra. He was never sick before and his poos werent as loose as they are now. The doctors are no good really and wont say what it is.
