2 year old vomiting with fever no diarrhea.

by Stacey
(USA)

My 2 year old vomited early this morning around 3:30am. She was running a fever so I gave her a dose of baby ibuprofen. I know I am supposed to try baby Tylenol first but I have not restocked on it recently and only had ibuprofen. She slept a little longer than usual this morning and when she was still lying in bed, she started to vomit. She didn't vomit like she did at 3:30 but she didn't have very much in her belly like she did last-night. She has a dr appt tomorrow for her 2 year check-up. Should I just keep her hydrated and comfortable until the appt tomorrow? Or in your opinion, does it sound like ther is cause for immediate medical attention. Thank you, -Worried mommy
