Toddler Concussions and Vomiting

My toddler (15mths)has just started daycare this month and picked up a rash, runny nose and a cold. The rash disappeared after a week or so, but last week she started coughing, but was not very feverish or lethargic. The doctor said she had a lung infection at the time. At home she fell hard climbing stairs and knocked her front tooth out, and has now started vomiting 2-4 times a day?

What should I do?
