Worried Parent

My two year old daughter was vomiting all day Monday til around 8pm she had a temp of 38 she was up all Monday night needing to drink as she was so thirsty, since Monday she has ate a slice of toast and a bowl of ice cream all she does is sleep, she is drinking but no that much as she is sleeping which means she's hardly urinating, how long should I leave her like this?
